1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging with all seals intact
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken safety seals or damaged packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards, if applicable

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, product name, reason for the return, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Please do not return any products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TORRI GLOBAL is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the eligible item following this policy and place a new order separately.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
