1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The rate applied to your order will always be the rate shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
5. Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method used and will be provided where available.
6. Delivery Delays
TORRI GLOBAL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at torrihomenlife@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
7. Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at torrihomenlife@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. TORRI GLOBAL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at torrihomenlife@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processing.
